Meditation tackles stress by teaching us how to be more aware of the thoughts, feelings and sensations rather than us trying to eliminate it.

Through regular meditation you become more grounded, more confident and more content. Meditation improves thinking skills, health wellbeing, happiness, fulfilment, self awareness and life skills. The sessions run every 3 weeks at a venue central to Longridge. Each session you will learn breathing and relaxation skills, body scanning techniques and a guided visualisation exercise which will be different for each session.

Each session will cost £10 and you will need to prebook to secure your place due to limited spaces. This is part of a Group on Facebook known as Chill Out Tuesdays.
